Kaylin Tucker, 3, has been missing since July 2015, and Chicago police are asking for help to find her.  Authorities said that Kaylin was last seen with her father just before he started serving a prison sentence, but now he won’t tell anyone where she is.  In November her mother was given custody of her. Police believe she is with someone and they need the public to call them in they see her.  Kaylin is described 3′ tall, 35 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. Anyone with information is asked to contact Chicago police at 312-747-8380.
