Two close friends from Indiana go missing at same time

Billy and Ralph

Close friends William “Billy” Dewey Bragg, 63, and Ralph Belvedere,  62, went missing in October 2015.  Bragg lived across the alley from Ralph in the 2800 block of Fairview Street in Anderson, Ind. and Ralph lived on the 2800 block of Morton Street. Family and friends are not sure they went missing together, but it is likely as they both went missing about the same time.  Everything in both men’s homes have nothing missing, and no indication that either left town, but Ralph’s car, a black 2002 Pontiac Aztec with plates RPE631 is missing.  The family doesn’t know if William and Ralph left together on Ralph’s birthday in Ralph’s car and something happened that prevented them from returning.  The family had a candlelight vigil for the men on Sunday.  If you have any information, please call the Anderson Police Department 765-648-6747.

Back in 2006, a search warrant was issued on the house in 2006 at 2807 Morton Street and 2807 ½ Morton Street in Anderson resulted in finding five people inside the 2807 ½ Morton.  Police smelled marijuana and found a container filled with marijuana in the apartment. A Ralph Belvedere was charged with possession of marijuana in 2006 after a conviction by jury and received 6 years probation.
