Lincoln County highway patrol officer finds missing child running down middle of freeway

An Oregon 2-year-old child went missing on Jan 9, 2016 when he bolted out of the door where his parents were having a family gathering.  As the parent were frantically looking for him, the child made it to the freeway where a Lincoln County Highway Patrol officer spotted the child running down the freeway.  He was able to grab the child before she was harmed.
