Developmentally disabled man missing from Long Beach FOUND

UPDATE: 2916 – Zachary’s body has been located in the water near an oil rig platform.  At this time, foul play has been ruled out.

“It is with pure sadness and devastation that I am sending you this message to let you known my son Zachary Briley has been found deceased,” Allison Briley, told Dateline in a Facebook message. “I can’t breathe. I am heartbroken.”

Zachary Briley, 23, who is developmentally disabled has been missing since Dec. 19, 2015.  He was last seen leaving his home in the 2200 block of Euclid Avenue in Long Beach, Calif.   He has been living independently since August and was visited regularly by a social worker.  The last visit on Dec. 17 showed he was doing well. 

Zachary is 5’11” tall,  140 pounds with brown eyes, brown hair and a partial beard. He also has a small scar in the middle of his forehead.
