Tennessee woman goes missing; car found with slashed tire

UPDATE:  A $10,000 reward has been offered.  Lora Hale Costner, 42, is missing from Newport, Tenn.  She was last heard from on Jan. 7, 2016 when she texted someone at her son’s school and told them she was running late because she had a flat tire.  It is not positive if she actually set the text message as when the car was found the tire had been slashed.  WATE news reports her van was found at the Union Baptist Church parking lot with a slashed tire.  Family is sure she would have called them for help is she had a flat tire.  Lora is 5’5” tall, 145 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.  She was wearing a dark green hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.  She has a tattoo of a yellow sunflower on her right hip and she likes to wear large silver earrings.  If you have any information on her whereabouts, please call the Cocke County Sheriff’s Dept. at 423-623-3064 or leave a tip here.FACEBOOK PAGE
