Husband confesses to killing missing wife, Tricia Todd FOUND

UPDATE 5/27/16 – Martin County Sheriff William Snyder said Friday that remains found buried in a container filled with a corrosive liquid are believed to be Todd’s.

Original story:  Tricia Todd, 30, an Air Force veteran who went missing from Florida in April is still missing, but her husband Steven Williams, 30 , has confessed to killing her, reports NBC News.

Todd who is a hospice nurse was to pick up her 2-year-old daughter from Williams on April 27, but according to Williams she never showed up. Her car was found near her home in Hobe Sound with the keys in the ignition and her purse inside. Her cellphone was missing.

A surveillance camera at a Publix store in Hobe Sound captured Todd buying gas around 1 a.m.   Tricia’s car was found with no gas in it. Evidence points to Tricia Todd’s death as happening April 26, the night she was last seen and hours after surveillance cameras show her at the Public, reports Palm Beach Post.

The police stated that spoke with Williams who was arrested in North Carolina and there was no indication he was involved with Tricia’s disappearance. The polygraph exam came back as truthful, but all that is out the window now that Williams has confessed to Tricia’s murder.   Police state he will not say where Tricia’s body is.
