St. Charles man fails to return home after business trip FOUND

9/20/16 -Dane was found safe on Tuesday in South Elgin.  He was taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries and cuts.

9/18/16 – Dane Taggerty, 43, has been missing since Friday from St. Charles, Illinois. He did not return home from a business trip and his car was located at the Otter Creek Wetlands parking lot at 6N850 Crane Road. His phone was found in the car.  A police dog tracked Dane to the edge of a pond, where two pools of blood were found.

A search with authorities and volunteers in that area was not able to locate Dane.

Haggerty is 6 feet tall, 215 pounds, and was last seen wearing a blue polo shirt and khaki pants.
