Abducted two-year-old from Rocky Mount FOUND

An Amber Alert that had been issued for a girl from Rocky Mount, N.C. has been cancelled after she was found this morning.  Police stated that N’eveah Richardson, 2, was found safe around 10:20 a.m. on Wednesday morning and the car in the Amber Alert was found on Queen Street in Sharpsburg, reports WRAL news.

Early Wednesday morning around 2 a.m. N’evaeh Richardson was taken from 731 Nashville Road by an unknown man.  Her mother told police she and the toddler were at a friend’s house  and she left the child in the SUV with the engine running and she went into the house.  When she came back out the SUV and her child was gone.

A description of the man was released as the male being bald and wearing a white t-shirt.  The police are still looking for the suspect.
