New York 1-year-old sought by police after disappearing with mother

Jasmin Citron, 1, was last seen on Oct. 4.  He was with his mother, Suntaya Cintron, 23, at their home in Lambert Houses in West Farms, Bronx,  New York.

A child welfare worker went to the home to serve a warrant to remove Jasmin from the home, but he nor his mother were there.  They were reported missing to the police.
