10-year-old boy from Detroit never made it home from school FOUND

UPDATE 10/21/16 – Malek returned home.  The police are stated that Malek had decided to run away after he got in trouble at school and he spent the nigh in an abandoned home. ,

Original story:  Malek Nelthrope, 10,  went missing from Detroit, Michigan on Thursday, October 20.  He was last seen about 3:45 p.m. in the area of Cherrylawn and Chippewa in north Detroit police said in a news release.  He left school but never made it home.

Malek is described as 4’3″, weighing 70 pounds with a dark complexion, short black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a royal blue hooded sweatshirt, a light blue shirt, navy blue pants, and black Nike gym shoes with a lime green swoosh. He may be carrying a black backpack with lime green stripes.
