Naegle, who was a registered nurse, was last heard from by her husband, Derek after he received a text message from her around 2:45 a.m.  Naegle who had been at a birthday party said she was getting some food and then coming home.  She never came home and never went to work the following day to teach her nursing classes in Culver City.

When police questioned Rogers, they found his answers to be inconsistent.

There is no cause of death at this time and the Coroner still has to make a positive identification.  The police have not stated if there was a motive.

TMZ is reported that Rogers has confessed to Naegle’s murder.  TMZ also stated that Naegle was hit in the head with a hammer seven times.
