Missing Virginia woman last seen at Kings Dominion captured on cell phone video

Delecia Waddy, 24, from Richmond, Virginia, has been missing since March 9, 2017.  She was seen on a surveillance video leaving an apartment of one of her relatives in Henrico on Thursday.  Later that day, her Ford Explorer was found at the Kings Dominion campground, with her cell phone and belongings inside on Thursday.  Police also found some of her belongings on the road.  Then surveillance video from the campground shows Delecia walking on Rt. 30 to Meadow Event Park around 11 a.m.

Then later that afternoon, two individuals shot a cell phone video of Delecia in a Caroline County neighborhood.

“Two individuals, who saw her around 3 p.m. yesterday, and that is who recorded the video. She did not need any assistance and did not seek any additional help at that point,” said Chris Stem, an investigator with the Hanover County Sheriff’s Office, told 12 News.

Delecia was last seen wearing a black and white shirt, dark-colored pants and a multi-colored baseball cap.  Caroline County deputies are still searching for Delecia to check on her well-being and if you have any information on her whereabouts, please call the Metro Richmond Crime Stoppers at 804-780-1000.
