Texas man disappears from home; blood found

Authorities are stating they have found blood at the home of a missing Texas man. Michael Chambers, 70, from the 7000 block of FM 2101 in Quinlan, Texas near Dallas, was last seen on Friday, March 10 driving away from the Walmart in his pickup truck. Chambers, who is a retired firefighter arrived home around noon, then disappeared. Authorities told Fox news that he probably went missing between noon and 3 p.m.

Because of the blood found in his shop, authorities are stating he might have been taken against his will. They located his truck at his home with his keys and wallet, but his cell phone is gone.

He is described as six feet, three inches tall, weighing 225 pounds, balding with gray hair. Chambers typically wears a Dallas Fire Department T-shirt and ball cap.

There is a $1000 reward for information to his whereabouts. Anyone with information on Chambers’ location is being asked to call the Hunt County Sheriff’s Office at 903-453-6838 or 911.

  1. There are 4 additional missing in that small county. One of the missing Carey Mae Parker will be missing from Quinlan, Texas on Friday March 17, for 26 years with no investigation nor public outcry. She was a 23 year old mother of three.
