Here is a scary story out of Ohio.  The Blanchester police have stated they rescued a woman who was being held captive in a pit underneath an old shed on Wednesday.

Jennifer Elliott, 30, was rescued from the pit located at 113 Central Ave at about 4 a.m. on Wednesday, Blanchester Police Chief Scott Reinbolt told WCPO news.

“The pit was about 3-and-a-half feet deep and 2 feet in diameter. It was covered with wood and heavy objects. Elliott was unable to speak when she was found,” Reinbolt stated.

Jennifer’s mother had reported her missing around 1:30 a.m.  Police came to the home and looked around for her but didn’t see her.  Later Jennifer’s mother heard someone yelling and the police came back out and followed the yelling to the neighbor’s home and found Jennifer in the pit.  Dennis Dunn, 45, was arrested and charged with kidnapping.  Dunn reportedly has a criminal history and several mental health issues in the past, reports Fox News.
