Sharon Leaming goes missing while driving to Rochester home

UPDATE 5/28/17 – Sharon’s granddaughter has told me that Sharon was found by a family member that was searching for her.  Sharon had gone off an embankment in her car and was taken by helicopter to the hospital.


Original story:  The Thurston County Sheriff Dept. is reporting that Sharon Lee Leaming, 70, is missing from Washington since Tuesday, May 23, 2017.  She was last seen leaving her home in Rochester.  She was driving to a family property in North Cove.  In North Cove a friend saw her leave and head back to Rochester but she never made it home.    They have pinged her phone to a location on Cedar Creek Rd. but she was not located.

Sharon is 5’4″ tall, 195 pounds, black hair and brown eyes.  She was wearing blue jeans, blue sweatshirt and black “Sketcher” type slip on shoes.  She may be driving her dark blue 1993 Chevrolet Lumina Euro with Montana license plates 727498B.
