North Carolina woman goes missing after driving away from home FOUND

UPDATE 8/7/17 – The StarNews of Wilmington reports that a body was found with a car that 61-year-old Deborah was last seen driving. Authorities are waiting for a positive identification.

Original Story: Deborah Lynn Cavanaugh-Blades, 61, went missing on Saturday., July 29, 2017 from Wilmington, N.C.  She left her home on Stonington Drive driving a 2012 white Chevy Equinox with black surf racks and NC plates CAB-5862.  Deborah suffers from dementia and cognitive impairment.

Cavanaugh-Blades has written two novels under the pen name “Lynn Cavanaugh-Blades.” Both are available on Amazon.  Her family says she has been dealing with depression lately and are worried about her.

She is 5′ 7″ and weighs approx 190 lbs. She has shoulder length reddish-brown hair, brown eyes, and a medium complexion.
