Woman goes missing from San Antonio; car found abandoned on side of road FOUND

UPDATE:  Elizabeth’s body has been found the day her car was found.

“After further investigation, there was blood found in the vehicle. There was some of the personal items of the victim found in there. That’s when our homicide unit started to get more involved in this case,” said Officer Doug Greene, an SAPD spokesman.

Guadalupe Contreras was charged for his wife’s murder.


Elizabeth Sierra Contreras, 38, went missing from San Antonio, Texas.  She was last seen at La Mesa Place on Wednesday, August, 2, 2017 around 10:30 p.m. to go to work at the Mission Trails Baptist Hospital.  7.

Her car was found at the side of the road on Friday near Corpus Christi.  Her purse and wallet were left inside said the police.

Elizabeth was last seen wearing black yoga pants, a black v-neck shirt, and flip-flops. She is 5’4″ tall and weighs about 220 pounds.
