David O’Sullivan: Hiker goes missing while on Pacific Crest Trail

David O’Sullivan, 25, has gone missing during a hike on the Pacific Crest Trail.  David who comes from Ireland started his journey back in March when he left Ireland to hike the trail that goes from Southern California to Canada. David was last in contact in April in Riverside County.   He was last seen between April 10 and April 15 at the house of a “trail angel” near Cabezon.  David was to spend five months on the trail but did not check in with a friend in May as planned and his family is concerned about his welfare.

Authorities are searching for him as well as family is reaching out to social media and “trail angels” for any information or sighting of David.  a hiker from Ireland who planned to hike the Pacific Crest Trail from Southern California to Canada.

 

O’Sullivan has black hair, blue eyes and a thick Irish accent. He was hiking solo with a neon blue backpack.
