Woman missing from Oregon; car found abandoned near highway FOUND

UPDATE 8/16/17 – Heather has been found on a cliff along the Oregon coast and was rescued.  Dallas Police said that Heather Mounce (Davison) was found at about 1:45 p.m. along Highway 101.  The U.S. Coast Guard helicopter was there to help airlift her off the cliff where she was found by a family member, and evidently had been for four days.  Dallas Police Lt. Jerry Mott declined to tell the Registered Guard how or why she ended up on the cliff. He did say, “someone who spends four days on an Oregon coastal rock face is not going to come off completely unscathed.”  Updates as more information comes in.
