Texas woman goes missing, friend found disoriented in car FOUND


UPDATE:  8/21/17 – A body was found in Bayou Vista next to a bulkhead.  Wikipedia states that a bulkhead is:  “a retaining wall used as a form of coastal management, akin to a seawall, or as a structural device such as a bulkhead partition.” The medical examiner has ruled out homicide as the cause of death. They are waiting for toxicology reports to determine the cause of death.


Jessica McDonald Gibson, 30, is missing from Texas on Tuesday, August 15, 2017.  Jessica was last seen at a home on Old Bayou Vista and Hitchcock area in Galveston, with a friend.  Her friend was found in a car near the home disoriented, but Jessica was not located.

Jessica’s last post on Facebook was the same day she went missing.  She posted several photos of herself.

There is no further information out by the Galveston County Sheriff’s.  If you have anymore information, please let us know, so we can add to this story.

Jessica 5’2″ tall and 120 pounds with blonde hair and green eyes.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact the Galveston County Sheriff’s Office at 409-766-2322 Option 2.
