Georgia mom goes missing; child found wandering alone

A Georgia mom has gone missing and her child was found wandering  alone in a shopping center on Tucker Road near the Hickory Grove apartment complex, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported. Beatriz Espinoza has been missing since March 25, 2017 from Norcross, Georgia.  Beatriz was supposed to pick her six-year-old son at her sister’s house, but did not show up.  Beatriz also did not show up at work.

Channel 2 Action News reported that drugs were found in her child’s backpack after she disappeared and the family fears she has been kidnapped.

Her family told MPofA:  “Please help us!! Gwinnett County Police are asking for help in locating a missing person. On March 25, 2017 Beatriz Espinoza was reported as a Missing Person by her family after she did not show up for a scheduled meeting and one of her children were found unsupervised near their apartment. Espinoza did not show up for work on March 24 ( Billares La Vaca 4306 Chamblee Tucker Rd.) and her cell phone has been turned off. Beatriz drives a black 2013 Toyota Camry (photo attached, vehicle is also missing). The family has stated that a series of letters and numbers are scratched into the C pillar on the driver’s side. GCPD suspects there is a possibility of foul play regarding her disappearance.”

Beatriz is 5’2, 140 lbs., and has brown hair and brown eyes.

If you have information on her whereabouts, please call Crime Stoppers at 404 577-TIPS(8477).
