Tammy Niver goes missing from Michigan; car left abandoned and running in the road

Tammy Lorraine Niver has been missing from Superior Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan since August 7, 1993.  Tammy left her house around 2:30 a.m. to go to her ex-boyfriend’s house to pick up her belongings.  She had broken up with her boyfriend the night before and she planned to go back and pick up the things she left behind and be completely moved out of the house.

Tammy has not been seen again.  Her ex-boyfriend was questioned and he said Tammy showed up and they talked and then she left.

Around 11 a.m., the next day, Tammy’s car was found parked with the engine still running on Cornell Street in Ypsilanti, in the middle of the road.

Tammy was 24 when she went missing. She was wearing a red and white sweater, white pants, red socks and white loafers.  Tammy has diabetes and requires insulin shots.
