Tennessee teen calls grandmother and says man won’t let her leave FOUND

UPDATE 9/27/17 – Memphis Police have canceled a City Watch for a young woman who they said may have been in danger.  Police said Nicole Weir is no longer missing.


Nicole Weir, 18, from Memphis, Tenn. was reported missing by her grandmother on Monday night.  Her grandmother called the police after getting a phone call from her granddaughter where she said she was with a man she didn’t know and he would not let her leave.  In the background you could hear a man yelling.  The call abruptly ended.  The Memphis Police Department found that the call came from Marked Tree, Arkansas.  They are searching for Nicole but have not located her at this time.

She was last seen at Southwest Community College at 737 Union Ave.on Monday where she attends classes.

Weir is described as 5-foot-9, 127 pounds with black shoulder-length hair.
