Winter Park woman missing under suspicious circumstances FOUND

UPDATE 10/2/17 – Scott was found by the police and arrested.


UPDATE 10/1/17 – Fulford’s car was found in Orange County on Friday and her body was found on Saturday.  Police have named Scott Nelson as a person of interest in her disappearence. According to WKMG, photos released by Winter Park police show Nelson accessing Fulfords’ bank account at an ATM.


Jennifer Lynn Fulford, from Winter Park, Florida was last seen shortly before noon Wednesday at a home in the 100 block of Webster Avenue, where she works as a nanny.   She never picked up the child from school that she was taking care of.  She also was planning on going to Dallas on Thursday to see her new granddaughter that had been born.

In a Facebook post, Fulford’s husband, Robert Fulford, said his wife’s purse was found on the floor of the home where she works as a nanny.

The Winter Park police posted:  Mrs. Fulford drives a 2015 grey Hyundai Sport Utility Vehicle bearing Florida tag number IKZB52. The vehicle is also missing from the residence. She is entered Missing and Endangered into FCIC/NCIC. Anyone with information on Jennifer Fulford’s whereabouts is asked to call the Winter Park Police Department at 407-644-1313 or Crime Line at 407-423-TIPS.

She’s about 5 feet, 6 inches tall with strawberry blond hair.
