Police need help identifying female’s body found in Texas oilfield

The body of a female was found on October 8, 2017 lying near a group of pump jacks in a Fort Bend County oilfield on Sunday.

Houston police said the female was young, and possible a teenager.  They are estimating she was between 17-22 years old.   She had been shot several times and her body left on an oil field service road near the 16000 block of Blue Ridge Road in Missouri City, Texas.

She had several tattoos that may help identify her.  One was, tattoo located on inner left forearm of Philippians 4:13 quote with a cross. “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13”

There is no photo of her face, but there are multiple photos of her tattoos at NamUs.gov under case number 17115.

The female was black/African-American, 5’3″ tall, 137 pounds with brown hair in long dreadlocks.  The tattoos are:

On the right neck
On the left chest/collar-bone (possibly a name)
On the right wrist
On the right upper arm (possibly of a bear holding the Chicago Cubs logo)
On the right shoulder (or possible scarification)
A cross wearing a crown with a ribbon banner (possibly says “In God I Trust” across banner) on the left upper arm
The word “Faith” on the outside of the left forearm
Philippians 4:13 and a cross on the inside left forearm

She was wearing a white t-shirt, light blue and white Nike athletic shorts and blue and gray men’s boxers and yellow and black Nike shoes.
