Reward offered for missing person Suzen Cooper from Arkansas

Missing Person Arkansas

Suzen Cooper is a missing person from Arkansas.  Suzen was last seen in September 2016 in Malvern.  She was last heard from by a Facebook message she left.

What is unusual about Suzen’s case is the FBI and the DEA are offering a reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of those responsible for Suzen’s disappearance in the amount of $20,000.  Last month, the Hot Spring County Prosecuting Attorney charged a woman in Cooper’s murder.  Rachel Cooper, Suzen Cooper’s former sister-in-law, was charged with first degree murder in Suzen Cooper’s disappearance and assumed death.

According to KATV:

Investigators were able to determine that Rachael Cooper had arranged for Suzen to exchange hydrocodone pills for methamphetamine with “another individual,” the day Suzen Cooper disappeared. Rachael Cooper picked up Suzen Cooper, according to the affidavit, and “was subsequently murdered in the truck driven by Rachael Cooper by the other individual after they arrived.”

Rachael Cooper was instructed by “the other individual” to deliver the vehicle to his residence where the blood was cleaned from the vehicle and all the evidence was disposed of, according to the affidavit.

Cooper still hasn’t been able to tell investigators where Suzen Cooper’s body is located.

“We know someone else is involved and we’ll continue until that person is found and that person is prosecuted,” said a visibly angry Latture.

Cooper has five tattoos: a small flower on her upper arm; “Mr. Wrong” in the center of a heart on her left breast; “We are all playing the same game just different levels. All living in the same hell, just different devils” on her right shoulder-blade; then “I’ll be your Bonnie and you will be my Clyde” on her left thigh; and “Mike” with a cross and a head on her right calf.

Suzen is described as 5’7”, around 165 to 180 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information on Suzen’s whereabouts is urged to call the Little Rock FBI Field Office at (501) 221-9100.
