Four-Year-Old missing from Florida FOUND

Missing Person Florida

UPDATE 12/4/17 – A citizen let the police use his drone to search for Chelsea.  A dark figure was seen in a pond.  A search team checked it out and found it was Chelsea’s body.

Original Story:  Chelsea Noel, 4, is missing person from Florida.

She was last seen at 10 p.m. Saturday, December 2, 2017.  She had walked out of the front door of her home on SW Keats Street near Becker Road which is east of I-95.

Dawn posted on Missing Persons of America’s Facebook Page: “This is my neighborhood. There is a neighbor’s home security video showing her walking north towards Becker road. The are many ponds and drainage canals close by. Divers were in many ponds today and nothing found yet. Being she is non verbal we are praying she has sat down in one of the many wooded lots. Hoping for a good outcome. Many LEO gathered for the search.”

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement says Chelsea is 3 feet tall, 40 pounds, black with black hair and brown eyes, has a birthmark lighter than her skin from her neck to her chest. She was last seen wearing a pink nightgown.

There is no AMBER alert at this time as no one has seen her being put into a car or is there a suspect at all in her disappearance.

The police have been looking for her all night but have not located her yet.  Many are wondering on social media was a 4-year-old girl is doing up let alone outside at 10 p.m. at night.  I have been seeing posts that state that she is autistic and no verbal.  According to TCPalm, “As soon as her parents found that she was gone, they went outside and couldn’t find her, he said.  Police were there within six minutes.”
