Original post:  Ryoji Aoki, aka Roy, 33, is missing from Detroit, Michigan.  Ryoji Aoki was last seen on Wed. Dec. 6, 2017 after he was sent home from his job.  The Livonia firm sent Ryoji home as his supervisor noticed he was anxious and “in distress.”  The supervisor attempted to contact Ryoji the next day when he didn’t show up for work.  The supervisor couldn’t reach him and drove to his home. Ryoji’s roommate said that Ryoji did not come home the night before.

Later in the week, Ryoji’s 2013 red Mazda hatchback was found in Hartland Township, which its about two miles east of US 23.  Inside the car was Aoki’s cell phone.

“He is a very active person,” Kenji Aoki, Ryoji’s brother told the Livingston Daily.  He added his brother was involved in dance groups, sports and Comic Con events. “He’s not involved in any mischief or illicit activity.”

Anyone with information in Ryoji Aoki’s whereabouts are asked to call the Detroit Police Department at 313-596-5440.
