William Ellis, 25, is missing from Michigan
William Ellis was last seen at the Henry Ford-Wyandotte Medical Facility on November 21 where he was being treated for hypothermia. For some unknown reason William left the hospital without his clothes, his money or ID. He never returned home. The family believes he may be homeless on the streets and may also frequent vegan restaurants.
Deputy Police Chief Archie Hamilton said, “We entered Mr. Ellis in the Law Enforcement Information Network database as an endangered missing.”
William’s sister, Angela Ellis Weedon posted her family is distraught over her brother’s disappearance.
“Will has been missing for 16 days. We have been worried sick- this just doesn’t make sense! It’s freezing in Michigan and we cannot bear the thought of Will out in the cold. Could you PLEASE do our family the favor of sharing this post again if you were one of the over 4600 people who shared it before? We have faith he will be found, but you cannot imagine our concern and grief. We have had credible evidence to support that he has been seen in the Southgate/Down River area of Detroit. But we just cannot find him. Please continue to keep him in your prayers. Thank you!”
She described her brother as 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing less than 120 pounds. He has sandy brown hair and brown eyes. William is a vegan and could be near health food stores or restaurants in the area. He also could be homeless.
If you have information on his whereabouts contact the Wyandotte police at 734-324-4405.
