Law enforcement officials in California arrested Sampson and found Adams with him, “unharmed and in safe condition,” said Dallas police detective Derick Chaney about missing Jasmine Adams.

Jasmine Adams, 21, has been missing since January 1, 2018.  Jasmine’s mother, Lora Bacy, said that Jasmine moved out of the family home in Fort Worth to go and live with Brandon Sampson.  Brandon helped Jasmine pack her belongings.

Then over a week later, Jacqueline Hughes, 34, was found deceased in Brandon Sampson’s garage in Oak Cliff near Dallas, Texas on January 9, 2018.  Jacqueline had been missing since December 25, 2017.  An arrest affidavit says Sampson’s cell phone last pinged in Farmers Branch and near his home on Castle Hills Road.  Jacqueline Hughes’s body was found concealed in the garage while a search warrant was served on the home. She had been shot to death.

Bacy did not learn what was going on until the police issued a warrant for Sampson’s arrest on January 17, 2018.  Fort Worth Police Captain Pitt told Fox 4 he knows Adams willingly made the move to Dallas with Sampson. Police believe Jasmine and Brandon met through social media.

Jasmine’s described as being 5’3” and 215 pounds. She has a heart tattoo with piano keys on her right collar bone.

There is also a $5,000 reward being offered for information that could lead to an arrest and indictment of Brandon Sampson.

Anyone with information is asked to call Detective Chaney at 214-283-4804 or Dallas Crime Stoppers at 214-373-TIPS.
