Joseph Daniels, 5, who goes by Joe Clyde, has been missing from his home on Garner’s Creek Road in Dickson County Tennessee since Tuesday night, April 3, 2018.

According to WKRN, “The boy’s parents discovered he was missing when they went to wake him up for school around 5:20 a.m. Wednesday.  After searching their home and property for nearly an hour, they called 911 just before 6:30 a.m. to report the boy missing.”

The family had put a lock high up so that Joe Clyde would not be able to just walk out of the door.  The family found he had managed to find the key and move furniture to get the door open.

“We do have a man who came through the area early yesterday morning that saw the exact description of the child that’s missing,” Sheriff Bledsoe told the Tennessean.
