Heather Waters Gumina, 33, is missing from Pleasant Valley, California. She was last seen on July 16, 2019. She had recently been in the hospital for a broken collarbone. Her mother, Joanna, told KTXL news that her daughter went missing shortly after she had broken her collarbone and was complaining about the pain.
According to Joanna, Heather had made it home from the hospital the night she went missing, her phone was left at her house, and the authorities have searched the home.
On August 9, 2019, her black 2006 Infiniti G35 was found in El Dorado County.
Posted on social media, “Because the car has been found and due to the integrity of the investigation the family has asked that the public search be called off at this time.”
On June 5, Heather posted on social media that someone had broken the windows on her car. A week later it showed the car was repaired.
Is it a coincidence or was someone angry with Heather? I have not heard any comments about this from the family or authorities.
Please contact dispatch at (530) 621-6600 or Detective J. Sargent at (530) 642-4714 if you have any information on Heather.
