Found! – Tonya was located on February 22, 2011 in Huntsville, AL. 

Police are searching for a missing woman from Franklin County, Winchester, Tennessee.
Tonya Miller, 35, was reported missing by her husband Thursday. He told investigators he hasn’t seen her in two weeks.
Miller suffers from depression, she’s bi-polar and needs her medication. She’s most likely traveling in a 2003 Green Ford Taurus, 065-WTG.
