A man sentenced to life in prison without parole for murdering his girlfriend’s daughter and an elderly couple said in his videotaped confession that he constantly has “evil thoughts” and thinks about killing.
Samuel K. Littleton II, of western Ohio, pleaded guilty to three counts each of aggravated murder and gross abuse of a corpse in a deal with prosecutors to avoid the death penalty
Richard, 84 and Gladis, 85, Russell of Bellefontaine, Ohio, are still missing and their family held a press conference asking for their safe return.
Authorities believe that Richard and Gladis may be traveling with Sam Littleton, the man who has an arrest warrant on him for the murder of Tiffany Brown of Bellefontaine, Ohio.
A large manhunt has been ongoing since Littleton disappeared. When authorities found the truck that Littleton was driving abandoned, and the 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis owned by the Russell’s along with the Russell’s gone, the authorities have determining that either Littleton is driving their car or is being driven around by them.
Relatives of the elderly couple are worried for their safety. The couple do not drive at night and Richard needs mediation which he did not take with him.
