NamUs is a government site that is free to the public where you can search for a missing loved one by description.
NamUs has helped Michigan
solve their very first missing person case using the database. A Michigan
man has been looking for his missing brother since 1991, and by using NamUs he was able to find that he was found dead and was buried as an John Doe.
I am so very happy that this database exists and I am trying to spread the word about it. You can, too.
