Judith Carroll, 60, was last seen September 19 at a motel on the 200 block of . Star Road in Newark, New Jersey.

A family member reported her missing on September 24th. 

Carroll is 5’6″ tall, 160 pounds with brown hair and eyes.  She might be driving a 2000 tan Toyota campy sedan with Delaware license plate 930111.  She has a tattoo of a rose on her ankle.
