David Wandtke: Missing from St. Paul Found

UPDATE:  On Saturday, the body of David Wandtke was found in the Mississippi River wedged under a Union Pacific bridge near Joy Avenue and Water Street in Lilydale Regional Park, said Howie Padilla, a St. Paul police spokesman.

“There is nothing suspicious connected with his death,” Padilla said.

David Wandtke, 52, from St. Paul Minnesota went to the grocery store on February 15, 2012 and never returned.

His wife said she could not think of a reason why he would disappear although he was facing some personal issues.

David was driving a maroon 2002 LE PT Cruiser with Minnesota license plate 849 BEN.

If you have any information about David’s whereabouts, please call the St. Paul Police Dept. at 651-266-5612.
