Barbara Carter, 66,  was last seen boarding a city bus on Tulane Avenue in New Orleans, Louisiana on Sunday April 9, and she has not been seen since.
 
Barbara  suffers from Alzheimer.

She is approximately 5’4″ in height, 135 pounds and as having curly shoulder length hair with yellow curlers in it.  Carter was last seen wearing a yellow shirt, green pants and white sandals with a brown purse.
