Richard Young, 87,  5’7″ 130 pounds was last seen around 22928 Roscoe Blvd, in Canoga Park, Calif. on March 4, 2013 at 1200 hours, according to the Los Angeles Police Department’s Topanga Station.  Young is a possible victim of fudiciary elder abuse.
