Mary Messier has been missing from the Oakland area since April 24, 2013.   She is deaf without hearing aides ..mary was last seen in oakland ca . She was to spend the night in a motel and then head to Visalia, Calif via train/bus but she never made it there.  She has not contacted her friends or family.  A missing person report has been filed in San Francisco.
