Kenneth Lamb, 79, is missing from Spring Valley in San Diego County.  He was last seen in his neighbor’s yard. A friend told police that he had grown increasingly disoriented and confused over the past week, the Sheriff’s Department said in a news release.

Also missing is Lamb’s gold 1999 Ford Ranger extended cab pickup. The truck’s bed has a piece of plywood in it. The pickup’s California license plate number is 6N22819.
