UPDATE 3/5/14 – Randy’s body was found in the Missouri River. Today on a Facebook page for Randy Chugg, his father Chris says the young man’s body was found about 15 miles from Jefferson City.
“With a sad and broken heart I have to inform all our friends who have supported or search that out son Randy Chugg has been found by a fisherman about 15 miles from Jefferson City,” wrote Chris Chugg. “From our family I want to thank everybody for your support and prayers.”

21 years old. He was last seen running from his girlfriend’s apartment. His details are on the attached photo. His family really needs answers.
