James Romines, 63, has been missing from the 241 S. Lincoln, Centralia, Illinois since April 23, 2014.

James’ only means of transportation is a  bike, but it was found at home, so he could be walking. James is developmentally delayed.

James is 5ft 8in. 180 lbs with white hair.
