
UPDATE: 3/10/15 – William was found in Huntington on Saturday around 3 p.m. Apparently, he had run out of gas, police said.
Original story: William Reuschle, 91, was last seen leaving his home at 45 Burnage Lane in Babylon, New York in Suffolk County. He was driving a white 2010 Toyota Corolla with plates ETU3819.
William is a WWI veteran landed on Omaha Beach on D-Day.
A silver alert has been implemented for William who may be lost and may be on his way to Riverhead.
William is 6 feet tall, 140 pounds with brown eyes and thinning hair. He was wearing a blue/green ski jacket, white t-shirt with the American flag on the front and khaki pants and loafers and a khaki baseball cap. He also wears glasses.
