Pete Ybarra: Missing from San Diego County Found

UPDATE;  4/7/15 – Pete was located by the Westminster Police Dept.  He appeared to be in distress and was found to be a missing person.  He was medically cleared and reunited with his family. 

Pete Ybarra, 78, went missing on April 5, from Fallbrook, Calif.  Pete boarded a train heading north to Santa Ana where he got off.  It was around midnight.  Pete suffers from medical conditions and may become disoriented.  He does not have his phone.  If you see him, please call the San Diego County Sheriff’s Dept. at 858-565-5200.
