Keeshae Jacobs missing from Richmond

UPDATE 2/23/17 –  Deavon L. Jacobs, 25, the brother of missing Keeshae was shot and killed at a motel in Richmond on Jan. 8, 2017.  James D. Henshaw, 39, of Church Road, Va., was arrested Monday in connection to the homicide, reports WTVR news.

Original story:   Keeshae E. Jacobs, 21, is missing from Richmond, Virginia. She was last seen at her Westover home  on the 3100 block of East Broad in Church Hillon on Monday, Sept. 26.  Later the police stated she was last seen in the Chimborazo Park area in Church Hill.

Insider sources say Randy Leonard Watkins, 23, was with missing Richmond woman Keeshae Jacobs hours before she disappeared on September 26.  In November 2016, Watkins was arrested and charged with two felonies; one count of malicious wounding and one count of child abuse, when he burned a child with hot water.

Jacobs is black, 5-foot-3, weighs about 100 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing black basketball shorts, pink and black Nike basketball shoes and a pink scarf. She has tattoos on a leaf on her right foot, paws on her right leg and a flower on her right hand.  There has been no activity on her bank account according to her mother.
