UPDATE 10/2/17 – Brian Duncan has been found deceased, according to the police. NFI at this time.
Police are asking for the publics help to find a missing Portland man. Brian Duncan, 38, was last seen on October 16, 2017 at the Duckworth Dock.
Brian was in a bicycle accident and is a paraplegic and uses a wheelchair.
Brian is 6 feet tall, 190 pounds with brown hair, blue eyes and a beard.
