UPDATE 12/7/17 – New information has come out regarding this case.  The Daily News is reporting that a copy of an order of protection for Corinna against a friend who became her pimp was mailed to her mother’s Pennsylvania home.

“This letter of protection was granted against somebody she was living with. It went to her mom’s house,” said one relative, who asked not to be named. “We didn’t know what to think.”

The letter said according to the Daily News that the man was to stay away from Corinna after he was arrested on Aug. 25 for choking her at a hotel in Sugar Hill. According to the relative, Corinna’s mom called Corinna to ask her about it and she said that Corinna shrugged it off and said it wasn’t a big deal.

Original story:  Corinna Slusser, 19, from Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania has been missing since September 20, 2017.  Corinna was last seen at the Haven Motel on Woodhaven Blvd. in Rego Park.

Her family tracked her from Pennsylvania to the Bronx when they saw an Instagram post showing her there, the police stated, reports the NYPost.  She filed an emergency protection from abuse while living in New York with a man. She is a very active social media user and has not posted since her disappearance.

Now the NYPD believed she may be trapped in a prostitution ring and they are searching for her.

Slusser has blond hair, blue eyes, stands about 5 feet 6 and weighs approximately 140 pounds.

She has a large black flower-type tattoo in the middle of her chest, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS [8477].
