Kathryn Adam was 35-years-old when she was last seen on April 29, 1993, in Salina, Kansas. She left the Kwik Shop on the 1727 West Crawford Street at 4:30 a.m. to do her delivery job. A surveillance camera at a Kwik Shop convenience store shows Kathryn wearing a blue Kansas City Royals jacket as she is leaving the store. Kathryn never came home that night and her disappearance was reported by her teen daughter, who she lived with. She was divorced from her husband.

Kathryn has never been found.
