UPDATE 4/7/21 – Elizabeth Breck is still missing.
According to True Case Files: “The rehabilitation facility reportedly told local investigators that Elizabeth left the building on her own volition and was not in crisis at the time of her disappearance. However, her family disagrees. Elizabeth’s parents believe she was having a mental breakdown that played a role in her disappearance from the facility. The family has since filed a complaint against the facility. Her parents also claim that the facility has not provided any information about their daughter’s disappearance and there is reportedly no known surveillance footage of Elizabeth exiting the building.”
